On October 28, 1979 a determined individual was born into the world.
Jason Lee Travis was born in Newton, NJ where he spent the first 24 years of his life discovering himself, his craft and his
destiny as an all around performer. Though he was confidet and proud of his efforts, it wasn't until making the move to
Myrtle Beach in 2004 that he realized just how real his dreams would become. Now 4 years later Lee has compiled an impressive
collection of original lyrics, fine tuned his vocal / guitar playing abilities and has most recently displayed a natural
ability to communicate and entertain his audiences, keeping them coming back for more.

I began playing part time with my father's band around the age of
14 (lord knows the band did not need me at age 14, but everyone has to start somewhere right?). I always sang, but at the
same time managed to fiddle around with a few different instruments before settling down with my guitar. I think at some point
or another I played a gig with that band on either the drums, bass or 6 string guitar. I remember Dad sometimes being in a
jam, so I would try filling in with whatever he needed. Needless to say these were mostly low-key gigs where it was okay if
I had to feel my way around certain songs. I cannot be thankful enough for having such a great opportunity at such a young
age!
